Why I Started Eirloom: My Personal Journey to Longevity & Leadership

I’ve spent the past fifteen years running a long experiment on myself. Every biomarker panel, every lab draw, every protocol, every failure, and every adjustment was part of a single pursuit: could I bend my biological age backward and extend my prime instead of watching it fade?

Today, at fifty-seven, I am biologically twenty years younger than my birth certificate says I should be. That didn’t happen accidentally. It is the outcome of relentless curiosity, disciplined measurement, and a refusal to accept the traditional arc of decline as inevitable.

A year ago, my 3rd son was born. Holding him turned this personal pursuit into something larger. I want to be thriving when he is in his twenties, thirties, and forties. I want him to grow up with a father who is strong, sharp, engaged, and still building, still competing, still leading.

I have always lived like a high performer. I trained hard, ate well, managed stress as best I could. Even then, I never truly knew what was happening beneath the surface. Hidden risks and slow drifts do not announce themselves. High achievers often assume their discipline protects them, but biology listens to data, not ambition.

My mother’s early death from cancer taught me that in the harshest way. Life can turn suddenly, and without preparation, you lose the chance to respond.

This is why I built Eirloom.

Not as a theory, not as a concept, but as the system I have spent fifteen years developing, honing, and perfecting through my own lived experience. A system that integrates advanced biomarker testing, genetics, epigenetics, ancestry insight, and precision coaching to help high performers extend their prime, protect their edge, and design a life where healthspan and leadership capacity rise together.

My journey is the proof. Eirloom is the outcome. And for every client, it becomes the blueprint for their strongest and longest years ahead.

What does EIRLOOM mean?

Inspired by Eir, the Norse goddess of healing, and the craftsmanship of a loom, which weaves strength and longevity into every thread.

Eirloom represents the art of sustaining peak performance.

Like an heirloom, built to endure across generations, we help high performers extend their prime.

Eirloom optimizes healthspan, and weaves together the elements of resilience, leadership, and longevity into a legacy that lasts.

Why Now?

With breakthroughs in biotech, neuroscience, and human performance, we’re standing at a turning point. For the first time in history, we have the tools not just to extend life—but to extend vitality, clarity, and leadership over decades.

But most high performers aren’t accessing this knowledge. They’re too busy building, leading, and navigating pressure to pause and rewire for longevity. That’s the gap Eirloom is here to close.

We don’t just think in years, we think in decades. We all want to be present with our fullest selves: physically, mentally, and emotionally and at every stage of our lives and with those who we love.

That’s why Eirloom exists.

We all carry a responsibility to ourselves and to the people who rely on us most. Our health, clarity, and longevity are not just personal assets: they’re part of the legacy we leave.

This moment we’re living in is a gift. But it’s fleeting. We don’t get to press pause. Eirloom exists to help high performers like us grab this window, to slow down the clock, sharpen our edge, and show up at our best not just now, but for decades to come.
